Comun\u00edquese con nosotros por correo electr\u00f3nico ( Angela@acords.nl ) dentro de los 14 d\u00edas posteriores a la recepci\u00f3n de su A-Cord y d\u00edganos lo siguiente:<\/p>\n

  • El motivo por el que desea devolver su A-Cord<\/li>\n
  • Si desea cambiarlo por otro A-Cord o si desea un reembolso. Tenga en cuenta que el cord\u00f3n debe estar en las mismas condiciones que cuando se entreg\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s, el cord\u00f3n no debe haber sido utilizado para que podamos aceptar el intercambio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Despu\u00e9s de enviarnos lo anterior por correo electr\u00f3nico para cualquier producto no da\u00f1ado y no utilizado, simplemente devu\u00e9lvalo a:<\/p>\n

    Devuelva el cord\u00f3n con sus accesorios y empaques incluidos junto con el recibo original (o recibo de regalo) dentro de los 14 d\u00edas de la fecha en que reciba el producto, y lo cambiaremos por uno nuevo u ofreceremos un reembolso basado en el m\u00e9todo de pago original.<\/p>\n

    Los costos de env\u00edo para devolver \/ intercambiar son para el cliente.<\/p>\n

    Adem\u00e1s, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:<\/p>\n

    Si A-Cords recibe el producto da\u00f1ado o usado, no reembolsaremos ni cambiaremos el producto.<\/p>\n

    No cobramos gastos de env\u00edo dentro de los Pa\u00edses Bajos. Tomar\u00e1 alrededor de 2-3 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/p>\n

    Para pa\u00edses fuera de los Pa\u00edses Bajos cobramos \u20ac 5,00. Tomar\u00e1 alrededor de 5-8 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.
